He founded and presided over Hewlett Packard's India operations leading it to a USD 200 million enterprise. Suresh’s accomplishments include leading Hewlett-Packard India to achieve the highest award for business excellence in the country - the CII EXIM Award for Business Excellence. This is equivalent to the Deming prize in Japan, the Malcolm Balridge in the US, and the EFQM award for total quality in Europe. He founded eCapital Solutions in 1999, leading it to an enterprise with a turnover of USD 40 million a year through organic growth and acquisitions within 2 years. Suresh was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2000. Deepak Nakil, President IT and BPO Services Deepak Nakil is the President of IT and BPO Services division in Visnova. He has been in the IT industry for over 21 years. Having worked with software giants including Godrej, Wipro and Hewlett Packard, Deepak brings with him a rich experience of providing Enterprise Solutions in the fields of banking, finance, insurance, securities and manufacturing. He has managed several large and complex projects involving emerging technologies. Deepak has worked with customers including Citibank, NYSE, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Chase, Sumitomo, AT&T, CIBC, Allied Signal, General Electric and UPS. For the past 7 years, Deepak has been an integral part of three start up companies. During his 18 month term with eCapital Solutions Deepak built the company up to 200 people. He has also been instrumental in starting a BPO company, Lake Systems, which now employs 150 people. He started the IT Services division for Tecnova with a key focus on Enterprise Solutions for SME segment. Sanjay Sood, Vice President - KPO Sanjay has over seven years of experience in Healthcare Operations in the KPO industry. In July 2006, Sanjay was appointed to the position of Vice President - KPO for Visnova Solutions as a result of his proven management skills. Throughout his career, Sanjay has worn many hats making him a master of all trades in the KPO/BPO industry. Sanjay's accomplishments include successfully leading numerous large turnaround projects and restructuring projects for various clients in the US and UK. Sanjay's responsibilities within Visnova include leading the KPO Division of 150 employees, acquisition and alliance strategy, sales and marketing, major client strategy and developing new service offerings. Sanjay is an MBA with specialization in Information Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Delhi University in India. His previous employment experience includes his tenure with Tecnova India Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Manager for the BPO Division.
