1984
Tecnova India Pvt. Limited was promoted as a subsidiary of Tecnova SA, France to facilitate technology transfer to India.

1987
Tecnova became fully Indian company with Management Buying out parent’s holding in Tecnova India. Tecnova India became privately held company in India.

1991
The main focus of the company was shifted to provide strategic business and management consultancy. Tecnova worked with several multi-national customers to help then in, (Please refer to current Tecnova global website for more details on consulting services)

2000
With new focus on Information Technology and providing the India Advantage to global customers, Tecnova has been providing solutions and services to its customers in Enterprise Applications – ERP, CRM areas, Employee Services portals (B2E), Government to Citizen (G2C) services portals, and Application Integration services.

2001
Started new division with a focus on offering Business Process outsourcing services to its customers from India. The Business processes that are enabled through IT and can take advantage of advances in communication technology to execute work flow irrespective of physical locations are ideal candidates for out sourcing to India. Tecnova has been providing services including product database creation and management, accounting, payroll, claims process to the customers.

2006
In order to provide a strong focus in IT and BPO, Visnova Solution was formed by separating these from the rest of Tecnova. The new company will have a management team that has global business management experience and will give emphasis on ERP solutions and services, BPO in customer management and Healthcare segments.
